Terms of Service
Welcome to Nexora ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexora website and the licensed management software we provide. By creating an account, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service We Provide
Nexora licenses a web-based management platform ("the Panel") that lets you manage your own servers, media library, end users and monitoring from a single dashboard. Nexora is a software license only. We do not sell, host, resell or provide channels, content, sources or media of any kind. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any servers, infrastructure, content and rights you use with the Platform.
2. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password, and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
- One account may be linked to one active license at a time, unless otherwise agreed.
3. License Grant
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform during the subscription period. The license covers the software only and does not transfer any rights to underlying content or infrastructure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:
- violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
- involves content you do not have the legal right to store, transmit or distribute;
- attempts to circumvent, break, or interfere with Platform security, licensing or isolation;
- harasses, abuses, or harms other users or our infrastructure;
- uses the Platform to operate services that violate the intellectual property rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Discounts
Nexora offers a single unlimited plan at a recurring fee. Discounts for longer billing periods (six months or one year) are shown at checkout or on the pricing section. Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Where payment processing is enabled, your subscription renews automatically for the selected period until cancelled. We reserve the right to change prices on renewal with reasonable notice.
6. License Expiration
When your license expires, panel access pauses. Your data, configurations and settings are preserved and remain available to you upon renewal. We do not delete stored customer data automatically.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics and code, is our property or that of our licensors. Your use of the Platform does not grant you ownership of any part of it. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Platform except as specifically permitted.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
